Whether as devotional tools, protective spirits, or symbolic mirrors of the self, dolls have long served as powerful forms of expression and connection between the physical and unseen worlds.

In this workshop, we’ll be creating handmade dolls or figures as vessels for intention, protection, remembrance, or dreaming. Each participant will craft a soft-bodied doll and sew a heart to place inside—infused with energy, care, and meaning. We'll stuff our dolls with written messages to ourselves, secret wishes, or notes to the unseen. These figures can act as guardians, companions, or spell objects, holding space for whatever you choose to place within them.
